Delete Your Brido Account

You can delete your Brido account yourself, at any time, directly inside the app. You do not need to contact us.

Steps (inside the app)

Open the Brido app and sign in.
Go to the Account tab, then open Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted as described below. You will return to browsing as a guest.

If you cannot access the app

Email the developer contact address shown on Brido's Google Play Store listing from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my Brido account". We will verify the request and complete the deletion for you within 30 days.

When deletion is paused

Deletion cannot complete while any of the following is in progress. Finish or wait for it to end, then delete:

An order is still active (payment, packing, shipping or delivery in progress).
Money is being held for you in TRUST.
Your wallet has a balance, or a withdrawal is pending.

What gets deleted

Your profile, profile photo and sign-in account.
Your ID verification documents and payout account details.
Your listings (removed from sale), notifications and wallet record.
Your name in past chats and orders is replaced with "Deleted User".

What is kept, and why

For legal, tax and fraud-prevention reasons, records of completed orders and payments are kept with your name replaced by "Deleted User". These records cannot be used to contact you, and they are never sold.
